As we all settle into 2023, Mercy Home was thrilled to host our first-annual, New Year; New Dreams event for our community. Our residents came together in our main office to celebrate and reflect on the joys of 2022 and set new goals and intentions for 2023.
The room was electric with the excitement of the new year, and the opportunity to connect with friends and staff from other residences! Each person took time to create an art project to illustrate their goal for 2023. We were deeply moved by the responses we received- to share a few of our favorites; “work harder” and “smile more”. The art projects were framed and taken home by everyone, so that they may be inspired daily by the goal they have set for themselves!
The evening was complete with dinner, dancing, and apple cider toast to the new year and to all the beautiful dreams and goals set by the Mercy Home family! We look forward to sharing more community events with you soon!
