Step back, mediate, reflect and eat. By Larry Sutton

The lunch break is very important to my workday because it gives me the opportunity to step away briefly from the workload and take a moment to meditate on the morning’s activities. The lunch break allows me to process what went well and what can be improved.

I get a moment at work to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul. This level of taking a moment to reflect on my activities will help me enhance the ability to perform the afternoon portion of the workday.

Take a lunch break thus impacting one’s spirit positively and improving your performance both at work and in life. My lunch break allows me to step back, meditate, reflect, and return to work in a mature state of mind, which allows me to complete my day in a positive manner.

Enjoy your lunch.
