This week, we celebrate all the Mercy Home DSPs who have continued their dedicated service so heroically and selflessly. I am deeply proud of every DSP who embodies our core values of respect, trust, teamwork, care, and compassion.
Their generous and kind spirits keep us going and are so important to our mission and to the people in our care. DSPs are truly the heart and soul of everything we do here at Mercy Home, and the past year and a half has made it
abundantly clear the depths of their compassion and service. Our DSPs showed up every single day and brought their very best selves to work despite difficult and challenging times.
One week simply is not enough to show our immense gratitude, so please join me in celebrating DSPs everywhere, recognizing their generous spirits, and applauding their work to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities each and every day!"
